What floors can you steam clean?
It depends on the machine as much as the floor. Steam usually isn't safe for wood, but steam vacuums like the Aero models can handle tile, sealed vinyl, and engineered wood, because they pair 200°C of steam with suction that pulls the moisture straight back up, leaving the surface nearly dry. A basic steam mop leaves heat and water sitting long enough to warp boards or cloud a wood finish, and these models don't.
