We have 2 kids (2yo and 4yo) that often makes messes (food, snack, drink, milk, paint, slime, potty, water, etc.) and our floor is often dirty. We've tried a variety of mops and this one beats them all. Worth all the money! 5 stars!This is definitely a grab and go mop (my favorite!). There is no need to attach disposable pads/reusable pads to mop heads or contend with constant water bucket cleaning/changes to avoid still water stink. You can be sure that clean water is used to mop the floor (dirty water isn't getting reused as you clean longer, assured no milk residue left for example), cleaning solution is used efficiently (machine measures the solution usage for you and dilutes as needed), you can spot roll on specific dirty spots without needing to really press in and manually do it yourself by holding the machine rolling over the spot, it has a heating/drying function so the floor dries quickly, and, it has a self clean function so the roller is kept well maintained. Cleaning the dirty water bin is not that hard either and can be done after every use or even a few days after. I've accidentally forgotten to do this and the water became yucky, but the smell did not get out of the unit until I opened it (so no still-water smell pooling on your storage area even in times of forgetfullness). It is very quiet too relative to our other vacuums. The great thing is 1 charge of battery is enough to clean all our non-carpeted floors (main level)! Win!The only thing I noticed is that it can't get the really stuck on dirt build up quick enough (you can roll over it for a while and it will remove it), so for those it is faster for me to just bend down and scrape it off with my fingernails, then roll over it again for a spotless clean. The unit is also relatively bulky so it cannot go to tight spaces. Minor inconveniences for a lot of benefit!

This floor washer works really well. It handles scattered hair without tangling on the roller brush, though large clumps of hair can still get tangled. It would be perfect if it had a built-in cutter.
It’s very easy and smooth to push and pull, with no water streaks left behind. The solid-liquid separation in the dirty water tank is also well designed, making cleanup very simple.

I bought a H14,loved it.
So I bought two more of the H14 Pro,
One have issues with self cleaning after 30 days and the other have the roller brush issue brand new first self cleaning. Error msg come on again.
Bad luck? Or bad quality control?

Machine works ok, but your customer service and deceit, is second to no-one !!! You assure your customers that they will get the refunds they are entitled to, because none of the codes they gave me works. So buy it and send us the order # and we will refund you. That didn’t happen, so I’m in the middle of sending it back !!!
I would NEVER purchase again from such a dishonest company. DO NOT BUY from Dreame, PERIOD !!!
