Is the 100°C (212°F) hot-water wash safe? Any fire risk?

Yes, it's safe when used as directed. Here's why:

- The heating unit is insulated with silicone rated up to 200°C (392°F), so it never directly touches plastic parts.

- The baseboard is made of heat-resistant plastic.

- Mop pads cool to about 40°C (104°F) before they leave the dock.

What is the dual-solution compartment for?

It holds two separate formulas so you can match the solution to the job. For pet owners, a dedicated pet-formula solution helps neutralize odors—made with a plant-derived (soybean) ingredient.

How does fast charging help?

It minimizes downtime during longer cleaning sessions. The 6,400 mAh ultra-large battery charges from 9% to 80% in just 80 minutes, while an adjustable 80%–100% charging limit helps protect long-term battery health.

What is the blue proactive-light for, and what's new?

It helps the robot vacuum spot stains more accurately than camera imaging alone. Stain and debris detection is significantly more accurate than our previous generation, helping the robot apply the right strategy for everything from water stains to pet hair and litter.

Love our Dreame X60 Max Ultra

Have used the X60 Max Ultra to clean our 7700 sq ft home. Has worked flawlessly for both vacuuming and mopping two floors. Carpet even looks better and tile, hardwood, and marble floors look great!

She's A Keeper :)!!

We love Lulu!!! We have a single-level, ~2,300 sq. ft. home, with 98% smooth and textured tile floors (2% is the living room rug and a small bedroom rug). We also have three shih tzus and a chihuahua--so not a lot of dog hair--but they haphazardly scatter their toys and bones everywhere. During Lulu's first day of mapping, she 'saw' our chihuahua (Honey B) asleep on the floor with one of her toys. Lulu stopped, and then went around Honey B without waking her or disturbing the toy.

But, the sold(!) for me was when Lulu took her first trip into my husband's tile floor closet. She got very quiet and then informed me that "Additional Cleaning Was Required." LOL!! No need for me to interfere. She's a Keeper!!!!

Love my cleaning robot

I have loved my Dreame vacuum & mop robot so far. It does an excellent job cleaning my house and I am so pleased with it. Definitely worth the price. It handles some odd ramp/steps I have in my house with zero issues and cleans under my furniture with no issues. Great purchase!
