How do I complete the registration?

You can complete the product (This does not involve the robot vacuum and refurbished product )registration by entering through the Dreame Home APP - Store, or by logging directly into the Dreame official website.

How is the warranty period calculated after completing the product registration?

We provide different basic warranty periods of 1 to 5 years for different products(This does not involve the robot vacuum and refurbished product). After you complete the product registration, we will also extend the warranty period for the product you purchased based on the specific model, with the extension ranging from 0.5 to 1 year. Can all Dreame products be registered online for the extended warranty?
No, the product registration portal is open for all products except robot vacuums and refurbished products. However, whether you can successfully register the product or obtain extended warranty services depends on whether the product you purchased is still within the basic warranty period we provide. If it is no longer within the basic warranty service period, you will not be able to complete the product registration. Additionally, if the model of the product you wish to register is not included in the list of products eligible for registration, you will also be unable to complete the product registration (the list is as follows).

You can also check all the products you have registered in the Dreame Home APP - Store using the same account.

If there is an exchange or if the machine's serial number (SN) is changed, do I need to register again? How is the warranty period calculated?

You will need to register again. Additionally, whether it is an exchange or a change of the machine's SN, the warranty period will uniformly be calculated based on the original machine's warranty time.
