Once I got set up to do orders and got the parts it went well
These work very well.
Not being a technical person, I got my grandson to set it up. Even he took 3.5 hrs to program. Works fine but yesterday he did rooms 3,4,5,6 and went to recharge at least 4-5 times . He forgot? rooms 1&2 .
We have a 1700 sq feet apt , not too many obstacles.
iPhone program is very good, wonder if I should remap the route?
The product was not received. The order says it shipped 3 weeks ago, but the when looking at the tracking number says it was never received by the shipper from Dreame.
I have received no response from Dreame customer support to the email inquiries (x2) I sent. When I spoke to an agent a week ago, I was told it would be escalated and sent ASAP. Since then there has continued to be no response/update from them.
If the product was sold out during the black Friday sale, just say so. Give me an honest answer and an best guess as to delivery time.
Why have a support email if you just ignore them?
