Dreame X30 Ultra Accessory Kit
This accessory kit is made for Dreame Robot Vacuum X30 Ultra, L40s Ultra AE, L40s Ultra CE, L10s Pro Ultra and L10s Ultra Gen2, includes 1*Main Brush, 2* Side Brush, 2*Dust Collection Bag, 2*Dust Box Filter and 3*Wash-free Mop Pad

Fits my l10s and I like being able to swap out the pads.
This is a necessity. Sooner or later you will need these items. Get them sooner than later. Also the larger bottle of cleaner as the one the units come with wont last all that long
hi,
Thanks for sending survey to collect feedback about customer experience.
On my side, i take the time to write a review. I expect that you take the time to return a response from it. (that would be fair)
Or at least, a message that say that "someone reads it" (the minimum)
I have this l10s ultra (gen2). Its a jewel. Really
The best vaccum robot i never had
it is very challenge in my place. (i have 3 or 4 cats that surround it. amd block it.. to smash it.. because they think its a toy..._
1) thanks that the robot didnt respond with lunch rocket (im joking haha.. but yeah. the robot avoid contact with the cats. and i dont know how much it knows that it was just "temporary blocking the way")
they just want to play. but robot spin 360 trying to find a path to escape (where normally. there is not obstacle)
this is very good point (selling argument). No one wants that animal get injured by vaccum robot. Right?
2) it got blocked a few times (or end up in critial situation)
the robot is unable to detect my laptop charging cable. it went directly into it. got block and tangle.. and try to move.. it didnt recongnize the power cord
3) power cord again
same thing happened with lamp that have cable on the ground. It got tangle into them.
conclusion: if something need to be improve: powercord detection
4) it avoid socks and obstacle. but it it got jam with some silk belt (woman silk belt.. you know?)
it didnt recognize it was an obstacle. and vaccum it. and got block
----
Overwise. this is the best vaccum robot i never had.

If you had a newsletter to make. how about "tutorial" on "how to entertain and clean it"
Its not the 1st robot i have. and they need to be regulary cleaned. they cant be as perfect as on the 1st day
This will make the vaccum lifetime last longer
(on my side. i dont know if its the cat or something. but it already make a noise. clog clog.. when moving... i cant identify)
(i have 4 cats that surround it to slap it hard LOL.. its funny but also. it destroy a 1200$ robots)
so yeah. i bough this "repair / echange kit" right away. To replace part. coz i knew it would need replacement part (soon or later)
6) another marketing thing
"replacement part"
can you make a promise? you will provide replacement part for every model for at least 10y
this is a huge marketing argument
people will buy because they know they can get it repair for 10y
1200$ man
its the price of a "high top premium fridge or dish washer"
its not 20$ entry level...
(is this a jewel of technology? or just a "entry level" ?
right?
(someone get what i mean?)
my Ferrari testarossa from 1992. Ferrari still have spare piece for it
(but no the "samsung cheap 20$ device")
Thanks for reading
(in case customer feedback matter to anyone)
