I love this, was a little hesitant with all the dog and cat hair we have, but it works great. This is so much faster than having to use the old 2 swipe method, and it saves on my back, easy to clean and set back up for use again. The only thing missing are hand held accessories.

Our home's main living quarters are ceramic tile with a dark wood grain. I was convinced that we were just pushing dirt around. No kids or pets, but the floor just never felt clean. We went with the H12 series. It arrived on schedule, was very easy to put together, and the first time we mopped we used the deep clean mode and YUK - we were right. Ever since that first deep clean I use the standard clean mode, and floor stays clean. Easy to use, gets into the cracks and crevices, easy to clean (especially with the self-cleaning feature), and GETS THE JOB DONE. I wish I would have purchased one sooner.

This works very well. I love that it self cleans.
