These Dreame Store (ca.dreametech.com) Prime Day Promotion Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your participation in the Prime Day promotion(s) (defined below). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Promotion Period

The Prime Day Promotion runs from June 2, 2026, at 12:00 AM (PT) through June 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM (PT). During the promotion, discounts, offers, gifts, product availability, and promotional details may vary. Offers may also be adjusted due to changes in local public policies, including but not limited to tariff adjustments. 2. Early Access Deals

a. Early Access Round 1: June 2, 2026, 12:00 AM (PT) – June 11, 2026, 11:59 PM (PT)
b. Early Access Round 2: June 12, 2026, 12:00 AM (PT) – June 22, 2026, 11:59 PM (PT)
c. Eligible Products: All promotional products displayed as Official-Store Exclusive Bundles are eligible for Early Access Deals.
d. Products and offers are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. The promotion for a specific product will end immediately once it is sold out.
e. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee its availability at checkout, as inventory may change before your order is finalized.

3. Member Benefits

a. Earn 1200 Welcome Points (Limited-Time Double Points)
• From June 2–June 30, 2026, new members will receive 1200 reward points upon successful registration. After the promotional period, the standard registration reward of 600 points will apply.
• Limited to one reward per member account.
b. Free Accessories with First Order
• New members may receive a complimentary gift with the purchase of eligible products in their first order.
• Limited to one redemption per member account.
• Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items.
c. Member-Only Savings
• Members who register and subscribe to emails will receive a welcome email containing an 8% discount coupon. • Validity period, eligible products, and usage conditions will be specified in the email.
d. Points = Rewards
• Members can redeem points for coupons, accessories, branded merchandise, and member-exclusive products. • Available rewards and redemption values are subject to the rewards catalog.
e. Member Week Deals
• Members can enjoy exclusive discounts and limited-time benefits during Member Week events.
• Promotion details, eligibility, and availability are subject to official announcements.

5. Shipping & Packaging

Our standard Shipping Policy applies to all orders. Please note that shipments may experience slight delays during the promotional period. 6. Returns & Refunds

a. In accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, if you wish to initiate a return, please submit a request via our customer service within 30 days of receiving the product.
b. All physical items, including the main product, free gifts, and accessories, must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Failure to return all items will result in the deduction of the standard retail value from the refund amount.
c. Dreame reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice or consent if fraudulent, suspicious, duplicate, or abusive activity is detected.
