These Dreame Store (ca.dreametech.com) Prime Day Promotion Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your participation in the Prime Day promotion(s) (defined below). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Promotion Period

The Prime Day Promotion runs from June 2, 2026, at 12:00 AM (PT) through June 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM (PT). During the promotion, discounts, offers, gifts, product availability, and promotional details may vary. Offers may also be adjusted due to changes in local public policies, including but not limited to tariff adjustments. The final price, discount, and applicable offer displayed at checkout will prevail. If you have any questions during your purchase, please contact Dreame Customer Support.

2. Special Offers

Free Premium Gift Terms
a. The first 1,000 eligible orders will receive corresponding free gifts based on the purchased product categories.
b. Multiple eligible products in one order may be combined for gift eligibility.
c. Each eligible order may receive up to 2 different gifts, depending on the eligible products included in the order.
d. Compatible cleaning solution varies by model.
e. Eligible product categories and gifts include:
Buy any Robot Vacuum and get a FREE Multi-Surface Cleaning Solution (a $24.99 value).
Buy any Wet & Dry Vacuum (excluding Aero Pro Steam) and get a FREE Multi-Surface Cleaning Solution (a $29.99 value).

Note: a. The "live availability/progress" displayed on the website may experience delays or inaccuracies. Gift eligibility is subject to the gift being shown at checkout and confirmed in the order confirmation email.
b. Eligible orders will automatically receive the free gift. Final gift eligibility and gift details are subject to the information displayed in the cart, checkout page, and order confirmation email.
c. Free gifts will be shipped together with the main order whenever possible. However, gifts may be shipped separately. Please pay attention to multiple package deliveries.
d. If a return is requested, all unopened gifts must also be returned. Dreame reserves the right to deduct the listed retail value of any unreturned or used gifts from the refund amount.
e. Dreame reserves the right to cancel or adjust gift eligibility in cases of abnormal orders, bulk purchases, suspected resale activity, duplicate orders, or fraudulent behavior.

Bundle More, Save More

a. Bundle offers apply only to selected products and designated bundle combinations during the promotion period.
b. Bundle pricing and eligible products are subject to change without prior notice.
c. Additional discounts, coupons, or promotional codes may not be combined with bundle offers unless otherwise stated.
d. If part of a bundle order is returned or canceled, the bundle discount may be removed and the refund amount adjusted accordingly.
e. Selected bundle products may be available in limited quantities and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

20% Off Accessories

Unless otherwise stated, the accessory discount cannot be combined with other coupons, discount codes, or promotional offers.

3. Member Benefits

a.Double Points for Members
• Double points are available exclusively to Dreame members on eligible orders placed from Jun 23 to Jun 30, 2026.
• Points will be issued to the member account after order completion and may take several business days to appear.
• Points earned during the promotion are subject to Dreame Rewards Program rules, including redemption, expiration, and return-related adjustments.
• Dreame reserves the right to adjust, withhold, or cancel points in cases of abnormal orders, returns, cancellations, suspected fraud, or misuse of the promotion.
b. Earn 1200 Welcome Points (Limited-Time Double Points)
• From June 2–June 30, 2026, new members will receive 1200 reward points upon successful registration. After the promotional period, the standard registration reward of 600 points will apply.
• Limited to one reward per member account.
c. Free Accessories with First Order
• New members may receive a complimentary gift with the purchase of eligible products in their first order.
• Limited to one redemption per member account.
• Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items.
d. Member-Only Savings
• Members who register and subscribe to emails will receive a welcome email containing an 8% discount coupon.
• Validity period, eligible products, and usage conditions will be specified in the email.
e. Points = Rewards
• Members can redeem points for coupons, accessories, branded merchandise, and member-exclusive products.
• Available rewards and redemption values are subject to the rewards catalog.
f. Member Week Deals
• Members can enjoy exclusive discounts and limited-time benefits during Member Week events.
• Promotion details, eligibility, and availability are subject to official announcements.

4. Shipping & Packaging

Our standard Shipping Policy applies to all orders. Please note that shipments may experience slight delays during the promotional period. 5. Returns & Refunds

a. In accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, if you wish to initiate a return, please submit a request via our customer service within 30 days of receiving the product.
b. All physical items, including the main product, free gifts, and accessories, must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Failure to return all items will result in the deduction of the standard retail value from the refund amount.
c. Dreame reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice or consent if fraudulent, suspicious, duplicate, or abusive activity is detected.

6. 30-Day Price Protection

a. Price protection is valid for 30 calendar days from the original purchase date.
b. The lower price must be available on the Dreame Official Website for the identical product (same model and configuration).
c. Customers must contact Dreame Customer Support and provide the original order number to request a price adjustment.
d. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
e. Dreame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time and retains the final right of interpretation.
