1. How do I earn double sign-up points during Prime Day?

- Simply register as a new Dreame member during the Prime Day event, you will automatically receive 1,200 points—double the regular sign-up reward.

2. Can I earn double points on Prime Day purchases?

- Yes. Eligible orders placed from June 23–30 will earn double points.

3. Can I redeem my points during Prime Day?

- Yes. You can redeem your points for free gifts or accessories, or use them to unlock member-exclusive prices on select products.

4. How do I get the 8% new member discount?

- Register as a Dreame member between June 2–30. Your 8% discount code will be sent to your email automatically and will be valid until June 30.

5. What's Dreame Member's Day?

- Dreame Loyalty Program is our Membership System that appreciates our valued customers like you. By shopping on ca.dreametech.com, you can earn points and redeem them for unique rewards and benefits. As a member, you may also unlock tier-based benefits and exclusive experiences along the way—so there’s always more to look forward to.

6. How do I join Dreame Loyalty Program?

- Joining is easy—and completely free.Simply click "Log in" to sign up,start earning points as a Dreame member.

7. Can I combine Dreame points from multiple accounts?

- At this time, points from different Dreame accounts cannot be merged automatically, since each account is linked to a unique email address and member ID. However, if you have unused points from a previous account and would like to continue using a single primary account, we may be able to help transfer eligible points for you.

8. Can I get Dreame points for previous purchases?

- No. Points are generally only awarded for purchases made after you join Dreame Rewards. If you’ve already joined the program and completed an eligible order, but your points were not added correctly or some points are missing, please contact our support team. We’ll be happy to review your order and help resolve the issue.

9. When will I receive my Dreame points?

It depends on how the points are earned:
- Interaction Points: Points earned through actions like signing up, subscribing, visiting pages, or leaving a review are typically added to your account right away after the action is completed. If you’ve added your birthday to your account, birthday points will be issued during your birthday month. Birthday points are awarded once per year.
- Order Points: Points earned from purchases will be added to your account after your order has been fulfilled.

10. Do Dreame points have an expiration date?

- Yes. Dreame points will expire in 3 Years if you don’t use your points. However, your status (tier) won't be changed or downgraded.

11. Can I earn Dreame Points on shipping or taxes?

- No. Points are only calculated based on your final eligible payment amount. This means points are not earned on shipping fees, taxes, discounts, or gift card amounts.

12. What happens to my Dreame points if I return a product or cancel an order?

- If you return a product or cancel an order, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account accordingly.

13. How do I unlock Master Tier?

- You can reach Master Tier by earning points through eligible actions and purchases. The more points you collect, the faster you’ll move up and unlock more exclusive rewards and member benefits.

14. How do I redeem my Dreame points for products or coupons?

1. Sign in to your account on Membership Page.
2. Choose the product/coupons you want to redeem and click "Redeem" to generate a code.
3. Go to the product page and add the item to your cart.
4. Apply the code at checkout to complete your redemption.

15. How can I track my redeemed products?

- Once your redemption order is placed, we’ll send you an order confirmation email with your order number. You can then visit the Track Order page anytime to check your shipping status and delivery updates.

16. Can I cancel, return, or exchange redeemed products?

- No, redemptions are final. Please double-check before confirming. If your item arrives damaged, email support.na@dreame.tech within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item.

17. Will redeemed products ship with items I purchase?

- No. Redeemed items ship separately.

18. Can I choose the shipping date for redeemed products?

- No, the redeemed product will be shipped once you confirm the redemption.

19. Can I leave a review for the redeemed product?

- Absolutely, your feedback will earn you the extra points. Simply submit your review through the product page, and the points will be added to your account within 5 minutes.

20. Can I combine my redeemed coupons with other sales?

21. How do I claim my loyalty points for my birthday?

1. Complete your profile.
2. During your birthday month, visit the Loyalty Hub.
3. Click “Claim Now” to receive your birthday points.

22. Malicious Registration

- False Information Usage: Creating accounts with false names, addresses, emails, or other personal info is strictly prohibited.
- Multiple Account Creation: A single user cannot create multiple accounts to gain extra rewards or discounts, including using different emails or identities.
- Automated Registration Tools: Using automated tools or scripts for bulk account registration is strictly prohibited.
- Malicious Behavior: Any other malicious actions, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities or committing fraud, are strictly prohibited.
