These Canada Day Promotion Terms & Conditions ("Terms & Conditions") apply to the Canada Day Promotion (the "Promotion") offered by Dreame Store (ca.dreametech.com). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order.

1. Promotion Period

· The Canada Day Promotion is valid from 12:00 AM PT on July 1, 2026, through 11:59 PM PT on July 5, 2026.
· During the Promotion Period, discounts, pricing, and offers may vary due to local regulations, policy changes, tariffs, taxes, or other factors.
· The final price and discount displayed at checkout shall prevail.

2. Promotional Offers

· 2× points apply to selected new products only. Bonus points will be credited after your order has been completed.
· Free gifts are available while supplies last.
· Eligible orders will automatically receive the applicable free gift. Final gift eligibility is subject to the information displayed in the shopping cart, checkout page, and order confirmation email.
· Unless otherwise specified, each qualifying order is eligible for one promotional gift offer only. Multiple gift offers cannot be combined for the same order.
· Free gifts may be shipped separately from the purchased product. Please check all deliveries carefully upon arrival.
· If an order is canceled, refused, returned, or refunded, any free gift received as part of the Promotion must also be returned. Dreame reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the gift from the refund amount if the gift is not returned.
· Free gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credits, points, or alternative products.

3. Shipping & Delivery

· All orders placed during the Promotion are subject to our Shipping Policy.
· Due to increased order volume during the Promotion Period, shipping times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
· Please note that your order may be shipped in multiple packages. For additional information, please refer to the "Track Your Order" page.

4. Returns & Refunds

· Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made during the Promotion Period.
· To request a return, please contact Customer Support within 30 days of receiving your order.
· All returned items, including any promotional gifts received with the purchase, must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging.
· If a promotional gift is not returned together with the eligible product, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Fraud Prevention

Dreame reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, bulk purchasing, or any activity that violates these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
