I needed the little screw also to attach it back on.

The wrong brushes were sent and I can’t seem to find the ones needed for my vacuum. I’ve sent them back and I’m just waiting for confirmation they have them.

They did not fit, maybe i ordered for the wrong make and model, found my original brush hidden under my couch.

Ordered the wrong thing. Customer service ain’t working with me so I don’t like this at all.

Terrible experience. First of all, I received an L50 side brush that is incompatible with my device. After contacting customer support, I was told to ship the item back, which cost me $20 for something worth only $25, which wasn't my fault at all and I still don't have a replacement side brush. I pay for shipping to an item that was incorrectly shipped. Such a waste of time and money. I haven'received any refund yet. I couldn't be more disappointed.
