1. What's Dreame Rewards?
- Dreame Rewards is our Loyalty Program that appreciates our valued customers like you. By shopping on ca.dreametech.com, you can earn points and redeem them for unique rewards and benefits.
2. How do I join Dreame Membership?
- Simply click register now to sign up; it's free to join!
3. Can I combine Dreame points from multiple accounts?
- Unfortunately, if you have registered with different email addresses, the Dreame IDs will differ and cannot be merged.
4. Can I get Dreame points for previous purchases?
- No. Please register for the Dreame Loyalty Program on ca.dreametech.com, and start earning points with every purchase.
5. When will I receive my Dreame points?
- Interaction Points: Points will be credited to your account immediately after completing actions such as subscribing, registering, or sharing. Order Points: Points will be credited to your account once the order is completed (delivered).
6. Do Dreame points have an expiration date?
- Yes. Dreame points will expire in 3 Years if you don’t use your points. However, your status (tier) won't be changed or downgraded.
7. Can shipping or tax fees earn Dreame points?
- No, points are calculated after deducting any discounts, taxes, or gift card amounts. The final points will be subject to the actual payment amount.
8. What happens to my Dreame points if I return a product or cancel an order?
- If you return a product or cancel an order, the points earned from that purchase will be reversed or decreased accordingly.
9. How can I redeem my Dreame points for products?
1. Visit Rewards Page → Redeem Your Points.
2. Choose your preferred product, and tap Redeem to generate a code.
3. Check out to apply your code and complete your order.
10. How can I track my redeemed products?
- After checkout, we’ll email you the order number. Use the Track Order page to see shipping updates.
11. Can I cancel, return, or exchange redeemed products?
- No, redemptions are final. Please double-check before confirming. If your item arrives damaged, email support.na@dreame.tech within 7 days with your order number and photos.
12. Will redeemed products ship with items I purchase?
- No. Redeemed items ship separately.
13. Can I choose the shipping date for redeemed products?
- No, the redeemed product will be shipped once you confirm the redemption.
14. If I redeem a product with points, can I still leave a review?
- Absolutely—your feedback will earn you the extra points. Simply submit your review through the product page, and the points will be added to your account within 5 minutes.
15. How do I claim my loyalty points for my birthday?
- Complete your profile, during your birthday month, go to the Loyalty Hub and click “Claim Now” to receive your points.
16. Can I combine my redeemed coupons with other sales?

17. Malicious Registration
- False Information Usage: Creating accounts with false names, addresses, emails, or other personal info is strictly prohibited.
- Multiple Account Creation: A single user cannot create multiple accounts to gain extra rewards or discounts, including using different emails or identities.
- Automated Registration Tools: Using automated tools or scripts for bulk account registration is strictly prohibited.
- Malicious Behavior: Any other malicious actions, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities or committing fraud, are strictly prohibited.
