I own 3 iRobot Roombas, s9, Braava M46 and a 980, and a New Roborock Qrevo Pro vacuum, then watched a lot of YouTube videos and reviews about the Dreame X40 Ultra and thought I would give it a try. It's amazing... I've been a Roomba customer for years but now I'm glad I ventured out. This is my favorite vacuum now. Don't get me wrong, the other Robotic vacuums work great but this is so technologically advanced, even a little more than the Roborock Qrevo Pro, that it's amazing. I'm glad I bought it, while it was on sale. I just hope it lasts.

This is by far the best product I have used!
It has the option of replacing the drum with tricut brush to cut the hair, so 0 hair will get tangled to the vacuum! Battery life is amazing, suction is perfect. It’s super smart & cleans 99% of the home, it has side brush & side mop which cleans all the edges & angles. It’s super smart & detects the dirtier areas & suggest it to you to go and clean it up again!
Device has mop pad wash, 12000 Pa suction. Cleans itself & mop pad after each wash, dry the mop pads after a hot wash, based on the dirt of your mop pads it detects with which degree of water & how much of intensity cleans it & in the app , it uses a different manual to clean, (newer version compare to X30 & L10 that I had) it has camera action which u can use as security cam , it can find your pet, it has double light for low light , mop & brush both extends to clean the smallest & furthest dirts which is out of reach.
App detects a lot of items & will learn your home & items surrounding.
It has an option of taking pictures & telling the robot what exactly the item is, so it learns even more about it!
It’s very premium quality, very schick , gold & black which makes it very sophisticated!
I believe with the promotion right now, it is a bargain to get this instead of X50 if you don’t have a high threshold or very low cabinet (under 9inch) since this won’t fit) but the rest of the accessibility would be the same & almost $600-700 cheaper!
I would highly recommend this & overal I highly recommend Dreame brand overal compare to other brands.
It’s app is much more user friendly & the robots are way smarter & have much better results compare to other robots.
I have tested Dreame , Euffy, Ecovacs Roborock & Narwal & I would say Narwal & Dreame are far more superior than the others & some benefits like self empty of Dreame & app of the Dreame I prefer Dreame over Narwal even!
Highly recommend & would give this more than 5 star if I could .

Very happy with my purchase of this vacuum, does what it is advertised to do, with many nice features in the app. Dreame Canada web site however is sold out of all the supplies for it. Dreame needs to come out with a solid reusable dust bin instead of bags, I am buying an aftermarket reusable dust bin for it to solve that problem.
