    Totally satisfied so far

    I am using it daily for the main floor cleaning. I use it for vacuuming and mopping every other day and it does a good job. Although I feel that on carpets and area rugs it’s not as powerful as other models.

    Best cleaning appliance I’ve ever bought

    My house has never been so clean.. mopped everyday and spotless at every corner! I bought this on sale and it cost me less than the robot vacuum I bought 2 years ago and it didn’t mop. I’ve had back problems so mopping was always painful.. not anymore!!. The app and set up was very easy. I am extremely satisfied this product.

    carpets cleaning issue

    When the robot goes onto the carpet/rug, it lifts the mops and generally it works fine, but when it goes off the carpet, because of sensor placement I guess it turns on the mops earlier than they would actually touch the floor. This, part of the carpet is becoming wet
